Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure & Security – Manage servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity while ensuring HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI compliance.
• IT Operations & Support – Lead the IT support team to resolve issues efficiently and maintain business continuity.
• M&A & System Integration – Oversee IT due diligence, seamless system integration, and deployment of IT infrastructures during acquisitions.
• Clinical Systems & Healthcare IT – Support and optimize EHR, PMS, billing systems, telemedicine, and other clinical applications.
• Strategic IT Leadership – Align IT strategies with business goals, recommend technology innovations, and manage IT budgets.
• Cross-Department Collaboration – Partner with clinical, financial, and operational teams to enhance technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (preferably in healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of EHR, PMS, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience leading IT integrations during mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and IT compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
