Bar Manager/Entertainment Director
Our bar manager will oversee all aspects of our saloon’s daily operations, including manager of staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, providing excellent customer service, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety within the bar area; key responsibilities include training bartenders, managing inventory, developing drink menus, handling customer concerns, and promoting bar revenue through marketing strategies. This position will also entail scheduling and managing regular entertainment activities. We are a performance-based employer. Quick advancement possibilities are predicated on performance.
