ResponsibilitiesProvide and document examinations and evaluationsEstablish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of careFormulate treatment goals Provide physical therapy intervention to patientsMeasure and report outcomesFormulate and carry out discharge plansSupervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules Qualifications Job RequirementsBaccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy.Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy.CPR Certification. Preferred Job RequirementsPhysical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility with participation in a multi-disciplinary team.
