Capo restaurant of Santa Monica is expanding its baking operations into the Napa Valley! We are looking for passionate culinary professionals to build our bakery and pastry team, and represent and elevate our brand of 26 years in a new market.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to adapt the techniques required to execute our sneak preview of offerings in our pop-up St. Helena location. The repertoire will include a variety of artisanal breads, grissini, bagels, croissants, breakfast pastries, and classic Italian and French cookies prepared with our proprietary recipes. Previous cook experience is a plus.
Compensation will be based on level of experience, but qualified candidates with a penchant for learning are welcome. F/T and P/T positions are available.
