Base Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 + Individual Performance Bonus paid monthly (up to $14,400 per year!)

The Kyle Center , conveniently situated just a 15-minute drive from Austin , is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team! Our center is led by a strong Clinical Director who offers exceptional clinical support , fostering a collaborative and professional environment. The facility is well-equipped with a large outdoor play area , providing an enriching space for client activities. While the position requires the clinician to be onsite, the well-established team can offer some flexibility with the schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for BCBAs looking for a dynamic and supportive workplace close to Austin.
