Overview:

Clinical Supervisor of BCBA Development Location: Support Center with travel to assigned clinics for training Are you passionate about making a difference in the field of autism services? As our Clinical Supervisor of BCBA Development, you will lead and inspire a team of BCBAs, ensuring they uphold the highest standards of quality. What Youll Do:

• Develop and oversee new hire training in Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Support the transition of team members from the Fellowship Program into BCBA roles.
• Implement and support retraining based on program evaluations or requests from Clinical Directors.
• Assist in creating new training programs and enhancing existing ones.
• Analyze data to guide decision-making for training content and BCBA workshops.
• Provide both remote and in-person training at clinical sites.
• Coordinate and facilitate ACE continuing education events.
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality and Education to improve the Helping Hands Family training program.
• Ensure all trainings meet BACB task list requirements.
• Audit and assign continuing education trainings to ensure compliance with ABA standards.
• Must be able to travel 60% local and overnight

What You Bring:

• Passion for clinical training and development.
• Valid BCBA Certification with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical ABA concepts in a way that's easy to understand.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas, with an expectation to be at clinical sites 3-4 days per week.
