Food Production Associate - 1st Shift
Shift: 1st, (8am-4pm)
Pay: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:

Participate, hands on, as a part of the production team
Exhibit flexibility in manufacturing activities to ensure customer needs are met on time
Follow GMPs, HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs
Gather supplies and setting up for production
Handle, stage, mix ingredients
Monitor the quality of the finished product
Perform daily and routine cleaning and maintenance
Observe and maintain safety levels to machinery, equipment and ingredients.
Move pallets (using pallet jack) of supplies, ingredients and product
Monitor levels of ingredients and packaging and communicate with purchasing.
Monitor ingredients and packaging for quality, adulteration, fraud and communicate with management.
Participate in filling out daily production records accurately and timely.
Keep machinery, equipment and production room clean and sanitized per sanitation schedules and document required
