Job Description
Our Policy Rating Technician is responsible for supporting the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department. They will assist in the administrative duties, follow-up, record compliance, and clerical needs of the underwriters and fellow support associates on the team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and distributing daily New Business Report
- Order and track Commercial Line Inspections
- General clerical duties to include handling of email and follow up with Agents
- Processing endorsements
- Maintain records and/or policy files according to established guidelines.
- Assists in developing reports and/or prepares requests for reports.
Requirements - High school education or its equivalent
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organize and interpret data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
