Description The Role: This role is critical to our continued growth and success. As Appointment Setter, you are the backbone of our distributor operations. This job is a combination of administrative, client, and prospect facing. You will provide support for up to 4 distributors.
Combining on-the-phone prospecting skills with administrative know-how to research and qualify leads, follow-up with distributors and organize a distributors route.
You must be a highly resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with the ability to work independently to achieve the daily goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting of Appointments
- Follow-up on appointments
- Sending introductory information to new prospects
- Researching new leads and verifying qualifications
- Gathering basic pre-qualifying data from new leads
- Ensuring records for all active leads are up to date in our CRM
- Communicating with Distributors, scheduling appointments with interested leads, keeping list of active distributor sales opportunities up to date, compiling proposal drafts from templates, etc.
