• The organization has been around for almost 100 years
• The majority of properties are in NYC, with other locations in Florida, California, and the Midwest
• The firm is located in Midtown, Manhattan.

• Perform various reconciliations for all properties in the assigned portfolio on a monthly basis
  • Investments, checking, money market accounts
• Record and monitor daily bank account activity for properties.
• Post cash and disbursement entries as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments on ad hoc projects to ensure needed information is provided in a proper and timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in the real estate industry
• CPA or Public Accounting Experience a plus
• Salary up to $75K depending upon experience level
