Role Description

Heroes of Color is seeking passionate, creative art instructors to join our Jr. ARTrepreneurs program this spring in Union City, CA. As an instructor, you'll guide students through artistic projects while teaching them key skills in entrepreneurship, marketing, and public speaking. You'll receive a provided curriculum to support student learning. This is a short-term role designed to inspire young artists and future leaders in the business of art.

• Pay : $30/hour (paid training included)
• Start : April 14th - May 9th
• Schedule : Between 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM, depending on the school

Qualifications

• A website or online portfolio
• Classroom teaching experience
• Proficiency in painting and drawing
• Experience selling artwork, exhibiting at conventions, or creating client commissions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students and colleagues
