Responsibilities
•Develop and teach engaging STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) curriculum to students.
•Foster a creative and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
•Collaborate with other instructors to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students.
•Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
•Stay updated on current trends and advancements in STEAM education to continuously improve teaching methods and content.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in a related field.
•Experience in teaching STEAM subjects.
•Strong communication skills for all ages.
•Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
•US Work Authorization.
•Proven experience as a STEAM Instructor, ideally in educational or youth settings.
•Strong knowledge and proficiency in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics concepts and practices.
•Ability to inspire and engage students of varying ages and skill levels in STEAM disciplines through innovative teaching strategies.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
•Certification in STEAM education, relevant STEAM disciplines, or equivalent experience is beneficial.
•Passion for STEAM education and a commitment to fostering interdisciplinary learning and 21st-century skills among students.
