We are seeking a talented and dynamic Permanent Financial Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance team. This position is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our company's financial health and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forecasting, analytics, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and ERP systems. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to help drive business decisions, ensure company profitability, and maintain fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
2. Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure that our financial records are accurate.
3. Oversee accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments.
4. Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with business plans.
5. Leverage ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
6. Utilize MS Excel to analyze complex financial data and extract key trends.
7. Collaborate with various teams to understand business operations and provide financial insights.
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
9. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
3. Proficiency in forecasting, analytics, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
4. Extensive experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
5. Ability to oversee AP and manage large amounts of data.
6. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
10. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
