Ama is seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our established recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure the proper cooking and presentation of all dishes, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cucina and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
• Contribute to menu development and special promotions by providing creative input and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Must have availability for Sunday-Wednesay.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler’s certification is a plus.
