Looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing? We’re hiring Machine & Production Operators in Rochester, NY for a well known printing company. If you enjoy working with machinery, performing essential tasks, and being part of a team, this is your chance to start a rewarding career!
Pay & Shifts:
\tA Shift (1st shift): $16.50/hr | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
\tB Shift (2nd shift): $17.50/hr | Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
\tOvertime available -Get paid weekly after your first week!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Machine & Production Operators:

\tOperate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth workflow
\tLoad and unload materials into machines, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime
\tPerform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
\tAssemble and package finished goods for shipment
\tMaintain a clean and safe work environment
\tCollaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Bring to the Team:

\tHigh School Diploma or GED (or working toward completion)
\tAbility to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
\tDetail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
\tStrong teamwork and communication skills
