8 years

of CNC Machinist experience

OR

Machine Tool Technology

trade school

degree or certificate , and

3 years

Operating a large, 3-axis Mill with an indexable head Working with a wide variety of steel and some aluminum Achieving tolerances from +/- .005 to +/- .0002. Operate in a custom ‘job shop’ environment with an occasional run of very small quantity Creating and editing programs at the controls Machining materials to customer’s specifications with a provided program. Complete and pass a Machinist Aptitude and Math test
