Commercial Real Estate Accountant
Overview:

My Talent Partners is the exclusive outsourced recruiting department for a commercial real estate company. About the group: Founded in 1975 we serve multiple states and clients on the west coast and Alaska. Our company offers services in development, property management, and other real estate offerings. Our small but friendly office is in downtown Seattle in the Belltown area. Parking is provided as a perk for the role.
What We're Looking For:
This role will report to the CFO. We are looking for a team member to assist with general accounting duties. Our ideal candidate has five years of experience and a stable job history.
Key Skills:
•Analytical Mind- Be able to track, read and track on monthly financial statements and reports.
•Review balance sheets and income statements per property.
•Minimum five years AP & AR experience
•Minimum five years of cash management experience
•Minimum five years of experience with tax
•Administrative duties: be able to manage accounting calendar, make bank deposits as needed, field calls for CFO, oversee reconciliation of bank statements, give customer service to clients.
•Attention to detail, with a record of accuracy.
•General accounting and client facing duties as needed.
•Microsoft 365 experience required
Preferred:
•Sage and YARDI software experience
•Property real estate experience preferred (not required)
Location:
Onsite in Seattle Belltown area.

Salary:
Join our team with a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 annual salary.
