A BCBA at Bay Coast Behavioral will use their Master's level education and licensing to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in a clinic environment. This program is center-based, but will sometimes require travel to/from a clients home.
Clinicians are responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as always demonstrating sound professional judgment. The BCBA is responsible for ensuring that each client on their caseload receives a professional standard of care according to program requirements and principles of "good practice."

Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst must have Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis with strong post-degree training in ABA, Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology,
Preferred current certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board at the graduate level (BCBA) or Licensure from the state of MA (LABA) needed.
Will consider candidates who have completed or are working towards the completion of BCBA.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience post-degree with both autism-spectrum and psychiatric populations strongly preferred.
Job Duties:
Functional Behavior Assessment - conducts descriptive and systematic behavior assessment while providing structured interviews with youth, family and identified collaterals.
Documents observations of the youth in the home and community.
Design and supervises behavior analytic interventions.
Develop a focused treatment plan that identifies specific and measurable objectives or performance goals, interventions, and strategies that are designed to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific behaviors related to youth's mental health condition
Work closely with and supervise the BT/ Paraprofessionals to ensure the treatment plan and risk management/safety plan are implemented as developed and to make any adjustments to the plan
Salary & Benefits:
