About the Job:
* Oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of pre-apprenticeship training programs.
* Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, resources, and materials.
* Lead recruitment efforts to attract participants from community organizations and schools.
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide regular reports.
* Supervise and support a team of professional development coaches and instructors.
About You:
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in workforce development required.
* Strong knowledge of apprenticeship programs.
* Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
* Bachelor's degree in is required.
Position Details:
* Hourly Pay: $33/hr - $39/hr
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
* Location: 100% on-site in Baltimore, MD
* Permanent Salary Range: $85,000 upon transition to permanent employment
