Our client, a corporate automotive group, is seeking an Employee Relations & HR Manager to support their growing team!
About the Job:
- Manage the employee relations process including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers and streamlining the hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding and conduct orientations and locations around the DMV.
- Provide recommendations to policies and procedures, and implementing across the organization.
- Track and process all leave requests and documentation.
- Support special projects and initiatives across the HR team and organization.
About You:
- A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience is required.
- Proactive team player with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Tech-savvy with experience utilizing HRIS and ATS platforms.
About the Position:
- $100K-$125K salary (DOE).
- Comprehensive and generous benefits package.
- On-site 5x/week in the Tysons Corner office with the opportunity to visit offices around the DMV.
