Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $50,000-$70,000/yr. DOE Direct hire Accountant Job Description:
Maintain the books and records of the company Assist in monthly financial close Various reporting and financial analysis Bank reconciliations Journal entries Payroll processing Assist purchasing Director and Accounts payable Expense report review and processing Check printing Performs all other duties as assigned Direct Hire Accountant Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or payroll departments of a company Strong problem solving, organizational, analytical and communication (oral and written) skills are required. Must be able to comfortably interface with all levels within the Company. Experience with accounting general ledger systems Must have the ability to coordinate the development and implementation of multiple projects at one time, organizing tasks and deliverables needed to meet the objectives and timeliness established for the projects Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required Proficient use of Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Navision/QuickBooks and ADP/Paychex payroll processing's preferred
