HVAC Sales Job Duties:Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leadsCommunicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or services needs Demonstrate functions and utility of products or services of customers based on their needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needsEnsure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale Maintain detailed reports on sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other customer or vendor relationship issuesPerform other job duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent sales and negotiating skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to function in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment Must be highly motivated Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work-related technologyBachelors Degree preferrred but not requiredMust have a clean driving record and valid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position What's in it for you?
