3x12 - Day  Shift / 36hrs guaranteed per week
Unit: Outpatient Clinic
Requirements: Active ND or Compact LPN  License
Must have at least 2 years recent Outpatient Clinic experience 
BLS via American Heart Association 
EPIC experience
Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
