Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Position Title: RN CSICU (Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit) Shifts Available: Days (Rotating Weekends) Nights (Rotating Weekends) Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for NIGHTs Only (Case by case; as it also depends on the candidates years of experience) and up to $15k Sign on for DAYs Only Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner What will you will do in this role: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement Qualifications: Looking for candidates that have 1 years of Acute Care RN experience.
