JOB SUMMARY: The DUP Coordinator serves in a dual role capacity by assisting with both starts and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between Sales Managers, Construction Managers, Preferred Lender, and Title Company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Drive Weekly Community Meetings - gather and update all pertinent information 2. Review and distribute all daily starts with Operations leadership. 3. Coordinate all necessary documents, appraisals, and inspections with lenders on pending loans. 4. Maintain data entry in Starts and Closings reports. 5. Coordinate and manage paperwork of all HUDs. 6. Manage pending sale process. Track sales reporting and open escrow. 7. Coordinate contract process, including auditing, obtaining signatures and distribution EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: + Minimum of a high school education; some college or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience: + Prefer at least 1 year of project assistant or coordinator experience in new home building, real estate, or mortgage/lending.
