Heritage is seeking a *Part-Time OT* for our Huntingdon location for 3-4 days/ week and about 25 hours/ week (flexible scheduling).

The starting pay rate for this position is $50/hr flucuating w/ experience

Our facility in Huntingdon, PA provides an inviting, home-like environment conveniently accessible from Route 22 and Interstate 99. This 93-bed facility boasts innovative care services and rehabilitation technology. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.

\*\*Duties:\*\*

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on thorough assessments.

- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote optimal recovery.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

- Valid state licensure as a Occupational Therapist.

- Profound understanding of anatomy and physiology.

- Experience in geriatrics or long-term care setting is advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality care standards.
