*Overview*
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN positions with flexible hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to earn top rates while providing exceptional patient care in their home.

*Responsibilities*
* Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

*Qualifications*
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice (CT preferred).
* Experience in an inpatient setting, preferably within a nursing home or ambulatory surgery center.
* Proficiency in using neonatal ventilators is a plus.
* Familiarity with Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments is advantageous.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications preferred.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
