*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced *Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)* for a travel assignment in *Tacoma, WA*. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills, experience in pediatric respiratory care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive respiratory care for pediatric patients, with a focus on *PICU* cases.
* Manage *critical care ventilators* and utilize *non-invasive ventilation (CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC)*.
* Administer *respiratory therapies*, including medication delivery, therapeutic interventions, and disease management.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and industry best practices.

*Qualifications:*
* *Minimum Experience:* 3+ years of patient care experience, with *pediatric experience preferred (especially PICU).*
* *Required Certifications:* RRT, BLS, PALS
* *Mandatory Skills:* Critical care ventilator management, use of NIV (CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC), and respiratory disease management for pediatric patients.
