*Job Specifics:* We are looking for a full-time nurse to do *1:1 staffing, in-home care*, for a case located near the *Hartsville, SC* area for a total of *40 *hours a week. Expected position start date is within one week of interviewing and accepting this position, with *Onboarding Bonus* eligible!

Mon-Fri: 3:30p-10:30p (35 hrs)
Sat: 9a-7p (10 hrs)

or

Mon-Fri: 11p-7a (40 hrs)

_*Primary Responsibilities*_*:*
* Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructions
* Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
* Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
* Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
* Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
* Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
* Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare plan
* Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being

_*Knowledge and Experience*_*:*
* Understanding of nursing principles and practices
* Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
* Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong time management and organization skills

* CPR/BLS Certified (*Required*)
* Valid In-State Nursing License (RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (*Required*)
