Restaurant Culinary Leader at Worlds of Fun summary:

The Restaurant Culinary Leader oversees culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service at their designated location. They collaborate with the Divisional Chef to create menus, maintain food safety standards, and ensure proper portioning and costs. This role involves interacting with diverse guests and team members, promoting a world-class dining experience.

Overview:

$17.50 per hour.

 

Restraurant Culinary Leader is responsbile for the culinary operation of their assigned work location. Ensuring food is prepared and served properly and that the dining experience is World Class! This may include:

  • Works along side Divisional Chef to create menu items.
  • Prepare and cook different menu items.
  • Notifies kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
  • Cooks and prepares food items. Ensures product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety.
  • Serves food in correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed.
  • Notifies Team Leader of any malfunctions, safety concerns or needs. Ensures all safety equipment is being used properly.
  • Follows Board of Health regulations.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
