Number of Beds : LDRP 9 beds, OBED 1 bed, NICU 4 beds, 1 OR suite
Patient Ratios : 1:1 active labors, inductions, C-sections, couplet care 1:3, newborns 1:1 until stable, NICU 1:3 intermediate care, but 2 NICU nurses must be in the unit if there are
Documentation system: Meditech and CPN
Floating policy: regular staff, if scheduled and not needed on the unit, are expected to float anywhere within the facility as needed; some staff are cross-trained to float between LDRP & NICU
