Meal stipend if you live over 50 miles Ideal candidates will bring: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Two years of experience as a clinical supervisor or ADON in a long-term care setting Ability to implement new policies, procedures, and programs related to the acuity of residents Demonstrated relationship building, including empowering others, conflict management, and fostering an environment of trust Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures Enthusiasm for working with seniors People-oriented, adaptable communication style Up-to-date clinical compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via the American Heart Association (AHA) Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months
