Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years + ***All travelers are required to float, while on the interview please inform traveler of the Methodist Floating Policy***   Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing:   Number of Beds : 14 ICU, 20 Med/Surg Patient Ratios : 1:2 in ICU, 1:5 in Med/Surg Unit staffing description- 1 PCA, 1 UC Type of equipment : standard Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: every other weekend. We have had a lot of issues with call-in’s and no-show. Please do not send candidates that have had attendance issues. Floating policy: As needed   Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:   Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)   Must have ACLS Must Have BLS At least 2+ years of Experience NIH REQUIRED Vasopressors   Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first)   Meditech Experience Preferred   Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)   Active TX RN License- Temp License are no longer accepted   Procedures performed on unit:     Critical Care   Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible.
