Location: St. Cloud, MN | Temporary Contract | Start Date: 3/17/2025 | $47-$50/hr | Up to $104K Annually

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, temporary Director of Nursing contract at a St. Cloud facility. This role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours. What You’ll Do

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide leadership, manage compliance, and support team development
• Collaborate with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides
• Monitor patient conditions, review orders, and administer care

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Or Director of Nursing (DON)
• Familiarity with federal and state survey processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• CPR certification and knowledge of healthcare regulations
