Daily Responsibilities for Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse: Gather relevant health data and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for the patient. Analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes, and create personalized care plans. Ensure patient safety, efficient care, and provide education and support to patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
