The Haven Social, part of Bolt Hospitality Group , is looking for a skilled and creative Head Bartender to lead the beverage program at our unique BYOB and mocktail-focused concept. This role is perfect for a mixologist who is passionate about crafting exceptional non-alcoholic cocktails and creating an elevated guest experience.

As the Head Bartender , you will take charge of the bar program, set the standard for service, and have the opportunity to grow into a bar management position as The Haven Social continues to expand.

• Create and serve craft mocktails that enhance the guest experience in a BYOB environment.
• Ensure seamless bar operations during service Thursday – Saturday and for private events .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Train and mentor bar staff on proper techniques, presentation, and customer service.
• Work closely with the team to develop seasonal mocktail menus and beverage pairings.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and setup for efficient service.
• Uphold Bolt Hospitality Group’s high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

• Experience as a bartender or mixologist , with a strong focus on craft beverages .
• Passion for creating innovative mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages .
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment .
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff .
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills .
• Experience with inventory management and bar organization .
• Interest in growing into a bar management role within Bolt Hospitality Group.
