Overview:

Compensation/Benefits

  • $33.87-$55.31/hr. depending on previous work experience.
  • Evening differential $2.50/hr.
  • Night differential $3.00/hr.
  • Weekend differential $3.00/hr.

Our 5TA Medical team provides medical/surgical care to adult populations with a wide variety of complex medical conditions. We focus our efforts on restoring optimal physical and mental well-being in each unique situation with a constant goal of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our patients. Our unit consists of 16 med/surg tele beds and provides post-op colorectal care. We are looking for a high-energy RN with excellent communication skills to join our team of healers.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

  • Provides clinical expertise and support to the unit(s)
  • Serves as a department leader alongside and in the absence of the manager
  • Assists in cost containment activities
  • Responsible for continued department development through orientation and education
  • Works with the manager to promote an engaged workforce
Qualifications:

Education

  • Associate's degree in Nursing required. 
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience

  • Three (3) years minimum experience in specialty area of assignment.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

 

Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.

  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment. 
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ALS) training preferred.
