Facilities Specialist – Part-time Weekend Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Specialist to join this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of these facilities. Essential Functions & Duties:- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Gather, empty trash, cardboard, and recycling into dumpsters and cardboard compactor
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment
- Clean and dust, furniture, walls, ceilings, vents, machines, and equipment
- Prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- Steam-clean, shampoo, or extract carpets
- Move conference room, office furniture, and equipment
Qualifications: - Three (3) years of experience in directly related cleaning experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Some supervisory experience is preferred
- Ability to operate specialized equipment, maintain appropriate records, develop and obtain specialized custodial knowledge
- Work heights range from floor to overhead height
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds, two people work together to lift over 60 pounds
