We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in expanding our client base, building relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting our mission to promote a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and qualify prospective clients in target industries within Florida.
- Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Safety Consultants USA as a trusted safety consulting partner.
- Market Research & Strategy : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and local market demands to shape effective business development strategies.
- Sales Presentations & Proposal Development : Prepare tailored presentations and proposals to demonstrate our safety consulting services' value and ROI to potential clients.
- Pipeline & CRM Management : Track sales activities, maintain accurate client data, and manage the business development pipeline in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our safety experts and consultants to ensure our offerings align with client needs and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience : 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within safety consulting, environmental health & safety, or a related industry.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in developing new business, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of Safety Standards : Familiarity with OSHA regulations and general workplace safety practices (preferred but not required).
- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Self-Motivated & Driven : Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
