About the Role:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics, guiding teams to achieve excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with outstanding communication, organizational skills, and the ability to foster team growth while meeting key performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly calls with clinic managers and providers.
- Organize and lead monthly regional training and development meetings.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and ensure consistent clinic operations.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Manage the efficient and detail-oriented opening of new offices.
- Refine office protocols and uphold quality control standards.
- Serve as a liaison between department leads and regional offices to promote collaboration.
- Provide operational support during staff absences.
- Ensure all deadlines and key submissions are met consistently.
- Develop and expand business initiatives and relationships to drive clinic and company growth.
What You Bring:
- At least 6 years of management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in training, development, and coaching.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- A dependable, innovative, and results-oriented approach.
