RTO Restrictions: No more than 5 Days
Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Hybrid OR, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab. Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills/Experience: ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR), Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Valvuloplasty, Watchman procedure. Required Electrophysiology Procedure Skills/Experience: Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Circulate Procedures, Conduction Studies, Insertion/Programming of AICDs (Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators), Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Pacemaker Insertion. Required Vascular Studies/Procedures Skills/Experience: Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Endovascular Interventions, Stent Graft Placement, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography. Required Medication Skills/Experience/Knowledge: Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics. Required IV Therapy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: 12 Lead EKG, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Cardioversion, Circulate Procedures, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, External Compression Devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags), Hypothermia protocols, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Radiation and Laser Safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Sheath Removal and Monitoring, Ventilator Monitoring. GE experience required. Epic experience required.

Parking Cost: Parking: First day park in the Blue Ramp, Parking ticket will be validated for free for first day ONLY. After First Day: Night shift: parking is free in our ramp. Day/Evening Shift: Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital): $16.67 per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital): $27.10 per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract.
