Senior Consultant - Permanent - South San Francisco

Proclinical is working alongside a consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant for a life science strategy consulting role. This position focuses on market access and reimbursement within the oncology sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage project tasks.
• Conduct research and engage with senior-level clients.
• Complete designated project tasks effectively.
• Prepare and organize materials for project discussions.
• Conduct and analyze both primary and secondary research efforts.
• Develop and leverage analytical tools to support decision-making processes.
• Create comprehensive materials that communicate analytical outcomes.
• Identify critical insights, provide recommendations, and outline strategic opportunities and risks.
• Ensure accountability and timely completion of project deliverables.
• Engage with senior-level clients on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) with at least 1 year of consulting experience; or
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of consulting experience; or
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
• Prior experience working within but not limited to: Oncology and Rare Diseases.
• Proven ability to blend business acumen with industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 (Dependent on experience) & 20% - 25% Bonus Potential.
