Tax Director
Our client in Dallas, TX is hiring a Tax Director on a direct hire basis.

Tax Director Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Practice Area focused on HNWI and Partnerships
• Manage 3 – 5 large engagements for specific 'high profile' clients
• Oversee and/or delegate workload to Managers and Seniors for 15 – 20 smaller engagements
• Serve as primary contact for complex audit issues
• Review the work of Tax Managers and Tax Seniors
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Conduct performance reviews of Seniors and Managers
• Collaborate with Shareholders and other Directors on projects

Tax Director Requirements:

• Valid CPA license or J.D., L.L.M in lieu of CPA
• Minimum 10+ years' tax experience with 5 years in public accounting
• Ability to handle multiple client engagements and manage staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with HNWI and Partnerships in specific industries preferred
