Hoplite Solutions is seeking Full Stack Software Developers of all levels with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems. Based in DevOps framework, participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement, using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
2. Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon.
3. Develop and integrate custom developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies.
4. Develop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services.
5. Coordinate closely with team members, Agile Program Managers (APMs) and Scrum Project Managers (SPMs) to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases.
6. Analyze (through proof of concept, performance, and end-to-end testing) and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs.
7. Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices.
8. Use industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash scripting.
9. Document and perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leveraging GitFlow constructs.
10. Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.
11. Leverage Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities.
12. Apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures.
13. Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
2. Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of prior relevant experience.
3. Proficient with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and development practices.
4. Experience in using Java, JavaScript.
5. Experience in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices.
6. Direct experience utilizing software testing performance tools, such as Junit.
7. Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash.
8. Experience working in an Agile development environment and tempo.
9. Experience with development in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
10. Experience with development leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS).
11. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
12. Well versed with using version control systems.
13. Well versed with using issue/problem tracking systems.

The projected compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000 (annualized USD). This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the company total compensation package for employees.
