Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP Lead to provide expert functional and technical leadership in SAP BTP

(Business Technology Platform) application development. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP Build

(Low code/No code and extensibility), SAP Build WorkZone, and the ability to design scalable, secure

applications. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate across teams, manage project deliverables, and

mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on SAP BTP,
   
2. leveraging SAP Build Low code/No code, S/4 Extensibility, and Business Build WorkZone to
   
3. create efficient and scalable solutions.
   
4. Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
   
5. to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that
   
6. meet client needs.
   
7. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of junior developers to ensure adherence
   
8. to best practices, successful project execution, and high-quality deliverables.
   
9. Integration and Troubleshooting: Develop integration solutions to connect SAP BTP applications
   
10. with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless
    
11. functionality and reliability.
    
12. Stakeholder Collaboration and Deployment: Engage with stakeholders to drive successful
    
13. application deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions across multiple teams.
    
14. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed on SAP BTP innovations and industry trends,
    
15. contributing to the continuous improvement of application architecture, standards, and best practices.
    

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP BTP application development.
  
• Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development with SAP Build (Low code/No code and extensibility) .
  
• Experience with SAP Build Applications using Build App .
  
• Proficiency in SAP BTP WorkZone for collaborative development.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP ABAP Cloud.
  
• Experience in BTP Administration.
  
• Familiarity with SAP BTP Workflow Development (process automation) and BTP Mobile Application Development.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SAP BTP services and APIs, with the ability to create scalable, secure applications.
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate engagement with clients and stakeholders effectively.
