Job Responsibilities
- An individual responsible for end to end Sales Cloud implementation
- Work with the business team
- Interact with the client/other stakeholders
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, create the business requirement document
- Translate business requirement into technical solutions
- Development & configuration of Sales Cloud functionalities
- Manage the Salesforce deployment from one environment to another
- Lead the Salesforce demos/POCs for clients and participate in client workshops
- Work in a cross-functional Agile team
Required Job Qualifications (must have skills)
- 7 to 10 years of working experience with the Salesforce platform
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and suggest business solutions by analyzing Out-of-Box (OOB) features vs. Custom Development vs. 3rd Party (AppExchange) products
- Implementation experience of at least 2-4 Sales Cloud projects
- Good understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and processes
- Aware of all advanced features of Salesforce and how they can be used to make Sales Cloud implementation efficient
- Good hands-on experience in Sales Cloud configuration/customization
- Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, and Force.com
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST API
- Understanding of Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards
- Knowledge of deployment activities between Salesforce environments
- Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.), knowledge of SOAP and REST API
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between Salesforce environments
- Experience in data migration using Data Loader
Good to have skills/certifications
- Knowledge of Service and Community Cloud
