Position Description: Design and manage cloud architecture. Ensure the scalability and reliability of AWS environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience in IT support and customer service.
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience using ticket management systems such as AF Remedy.
5. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification.
6. Must have a Secret Clearance.

Ability to go onsite at the Pentagon desired.
