OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking a senior Systems Integrator to provide data-related support to our client with a full range of SI skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Query and mine data resources to answer ad hoc business questions
2. Receive, gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources
3. Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistencies
4. Develop agendas and work with stakeholders for Sponsor meetings
5. Respond to metrics and data calls
6. Translate business objectives and user needs into requirements for reporting analytics and data science projects
7. Establish and maintain physical files
8. Coordinate requests for additional information as needed
9. Prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of relevant information
10. Provide accurate and timely status updates

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

1. BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
2. Experience in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help make informed decisions
3. Experience with capturing data and integrating it into presentations for Sponsor briefings
4. Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and providing support to Sponsor systems and processes
5. Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
6. Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and priorities
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines
8. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired:

1. Prior client experience across the organization
2. Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau
