Job Description

Our client located in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Integration Analyst for a full time permanent role. 
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the integration of various technology systems and applications within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
What you'll be working on:
• Designs, builds and configures integrations as per business process requirements
• Utilizes code-based or low-code/no-code platforms for complex data flows
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data synchronization and automation
• Tests and evaluates compatibility of new systems with existing infrastructure
• Establishes data quality standards and controls
• Monitors and troubleshoots integration issues
• Collaborates with external vendors and third-party system providers
• Provides proactive communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Valid driver's license
• Certification in Middleware Technologies preferred
• 1 year of experience in developing or testing integration between systems
• Experience with protocols such as HTTPS, REST, SOAP, SFTP, etc.
• Proficiency in flat-files, JSON, and XML based integrations
• Experience with integration monitoring and application administration
• Knowledge of integration design best practices and error handling mechanisms
• Experience with technical design documents and unit test cases
• Knowledge of common SDLC models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SQL, .NET, C++, SAP, or Oracle preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
