Title: IT Technical Support

Employment Type: Full time, Exempt

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Network Administration and Security
2. Hardware and Software Installation and Maintenance and Repair (Aloha POS, etc.)
3. Network and System Troubleshooting
4. Preventative Maintenance
5. VPN, Printers, Email and Phone system administration
6. Security Camera and Alarms Installation and Maintenance
7. Provide onsite technical support for corporate office and phone/field support for restaurants
8. Examine, evaluate, and improve existing networks and systems
9. Research, recommend, and execute new networks and systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking and hardware/software troubleshooting
2. Working Knowledge and understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and Firewalls
3. Experience with Aloha POS equipment and CCTV Required
4. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
5. Strong communication and listening skills
6. Produce high quality work with attention to detail and accuracy
7. Initiate work independently and prioritize work duties with high urgency
8. Set goals and achieve them on time and efficiently
9. Ability to learn and understand new software
10. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
11. Availability to work weekends and holidays to complete tasks
